Mission & Program Overview

Mission

To prepare eligible children ages 3-5 for successful transition into the school system and help their families become self-sufficient.

Program Focus

Comprehensive child development focusing on kindergarten readiness.

Services Provided

Educational, health, dental, and social services offered free of charge to income-eligible families.

Educational Components

Focuses on pre-reading skills, phonemic awareness, numeric development, and social skills.

Annual physicals and medical screenings.
Full inclusion for children diagnosed with disabilities.

Family Support

Each family receives a case study and a “Family Partnership Agreement” to maximize success.

Scope

Currently serves over 500 children in Bowie, Camp, Cass, and Morris counties.
