About CSNT
CSNT is one of the original 1,000 Community Action Agencies formed as a result of the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964 being signed into law by President Lyndon Baines Johnson. A War on Poverty was declared by LBJ and CSNT continues to fight that war daily by empowering individuals and families to self-reliance.
